ORTH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

On 29 March 1967 the applicant was found guilty of forgery and uttering by a jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 4 years on each offense, the sentences to run concurrently.
