The appellant, Harris, brought this action against his employer, Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company, under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq.1 He appeals from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict for the defendant company.
