This matter is on appeal before this Court for the third time. The litigants, Regina Ortolano Sciortino and Philip J. Sciortino, have litigated continuously over marital difficulties for the past five years. This latest appeal is by Philip J. Sciortino, the husband, who challenges the validity of a judgment granting his wife a divorce based on a voluntary separation of two years.
