PER CURIAM.

Action for breach of contract brought by the plaintiff, an advertising consultant, against the defendant who was entering into the production of suction box covers which are used in paper making machines. The plaintiff submitted a letter dated May 12, 1964 which was a "summary of the agreement" between the parties which was signed by the defendant's agents May 21, 1964. Trial by the Court resulted in a "verdict for the defendants" and plaintiff's bill...
