Certain electors (constituting, we will hold, a majority) of Rio Vista Joint Union High School District (High School District) petitioned to annex the district to petitioner-appellant San Joaquin Delta Junior College District (Delta District). The statutory method selected was that set forth in division 18.5, chapter 2, article 8 of the Education Code as then in effect. (Stats. 1963, ch. 100.) Article 8 comprises sections 25465-25468.
