EUBANKS, District Judge.

On April 6, 1966, plaintiff was involuntarily removed from his position of Electronic Technician, GS-11, with the Academy, Aeronautical Center, Federal Aviation Administration, in Oklahoma City. The discharge of plaintiff was affirmed and upheld through all administrative appeals.
