On September 1, 1963, a 1956 Plymouth insured by plaintiff-appellant and driven by defendant-appellee Lee Roy Faurote on Second street in the city of Detroit was struck by a 1956 Buick automobile which failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of Cortland and Second.
