These two actions of trespass on the case for negligence were brought by a husband and wife. Although commenced prior to the adoption by the superior court of its new rules of civil procedure, the cases were tried subsequent to their effective date. The wife seeks damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of a collision between a motor vehicle owned by her husband and operated by her and one driven by the defendant...
