STATE v. FARRELL

No. 683SC433.

164 S.E.2d 388 (1968)

3 N.C. App. 196

STATE of North Carolina v. Clarence FARRELL, Jr.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

December 11, 1968.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

T. W. Bruton, Atty. Gen., by Christine Y. Denson, Staff Atty., for the State.

Chambers, Stein, Ferguson & Lanning, Charlotte, and John Harmon, New Bern, by James E. Ferguson, II, Charlotte, for defendant.
