The Renegotiation Board determined that the petitioner realized excess profits of $250,000 in the calendar year 1957 from its contract with the Atomic Energy Commission to process yttrium oxide for that agency. The petitioner challenges the Board's determination that the particular contract involved was not exempt from renegotiation.
