Plaintiff, William O'Quinn, Jr., filed this workmen's compensation suit against his former employer, Southern Pipe and Supply Company, Inc., and its insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. After trial on the merits, the trial court found that plaintiff had not sustained the burden of proving that he was still disabled from performing the type of work he was doing prior to the accident and dismissed the suit.
