BRADY, Justice:

The appellant was indicted by the Harrison County grand jury for attempting to burglarize the Long Beach Drug Company, the property of Gordon Justice of Long Beach, Mississippi, on February 15, 1967. He pled not guilty to the indictment and was tried and convicted of attempted burglary and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary. From this judgment and sentence this appeal is prosecuted.
