OPINION OF THE COURT
PER CURIAM.
Appellant Denis P. Kelly brought suit invoking jurisdiction under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983; seeking money damages for an alleged denial of appellant's right of access to the federal courts by appellees and also for alleged cruel and unusual treatment accorded appellant by the appellees during the period June 20 to July 7, 1966.
