This is an action by the plaintiff against the Union National Bank of Minot for damages arising out of the alleged false arrest of the plaintiff. The plaintiff was an officer and employee of Sierra Western Trucking, Inc., the trade name used by the plaintiff and her husband in doing business for Sierra Western, a Nevada corporation, of which the plaintiff and her husband were shareholders and officers.
