Plaintiff was driving his motor vehicle on a public street, when defendant's motor vehicle, going in the same direction as plaintiff, made a fast left turn into plaintiff's path, causing a collision and resulting in claimed substantial personal injury to plaintiff. Liability was admitted by the defendant and the case was submitted to the jury on the question of damages only.
