This petition in equity in the Probate Court seeks to enforce the obligations of a divorced husband to support his former wife under a trust agreement made in this Commonwealth on August 10, 1956, prior to the divorce and not shown to have been embodied in the divorce decree. The agreement was to pay for "the care, support and maintenance" of the wife, "twenty-five dollars ... each and every week as long as ... [she] remains unmarried." The judge dismissed...
