Certiorari to review an award of the Industrial Commission. Relators urge that the referee and commission were in error in awarding compensation for injuries allegedly incurred outside the scope and course of employment.

The record would support the commission's determination that the employee, as a matter of routine and personal habit, generally arrived at his employer's place of business at approximately 6:45 a. m. to assume...
