The petitioner is a teacher and the basic issue presented to the Court is the proper method of computing her average monthly wage.

The industrial incident in question occurred on 24 October 1966 and The Industrial Commission properly assumed jurisdiction in relation to an "accident arising out of and in the course of employment".
