This is a proceeding under CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Regents which suspended the license of petitioner to practice pharmacy for six months.

The petitioner is a licensed pharmacist and the holder of a license for a retail pharmacy. Charges were preferred against him for the revocation of his license, and an administrative hearing was held on April 10, 1967...
