Woodall, Sr., deceased, defendant, from a judgment of the trial court of date June 8, 1967, sustaining motion by Ralph Pharr, plaintiff, for summary judgment and awarding to plaintiff against defendant the sum of $420 interest on certain notes beyond the date of their maturity, plus attorney's fees as provided in said notes totaling $634, plus all costs...
