Plaintiff, a minor who seeks to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered in 1950, has appealed from a judgment of dismissal entered upon an order sustaining without leave to amend the demurrer of defendant, County of Santa Clara, upon the ground that plaintiff failed to file her claim within the time provided by statutes in effect at and after her alleged injury. Submission of the case was deferred pending decision in Williams v.
