ORTH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant was found guilty of storehouse breaking with intent to steal goods of the value of $100 or more1 and grand larceny by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 5 years on each offense, the sentences to run concurrently.
