Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission awarding workmen's compensation to a Minnesota workman for injuries he sustained in the State of South Dakota while employed there pursuant to a contract with a Colorado employer. The issue presented is whether, under the facts herein related, there was a sufficient governmental interest in the employment status to warrant the Minnesota Industrial Commission in taking jurisdiction...
