This is an application by John A. Lassiter, a state prisoner, for a writ of habeas corpus in forma pauperis. Lassiter was convicted of armed robbery at the April 1960 Term of the Superior Court of Hertford County and was sentenced to a term of eighteen to twenty years imprisonment.
