These actions stem from a tragic head-on collision between two automobiles on a highway near Randolph, Kansas, which snuffed out six lives. The three plaintiffs, Mrs. Dorothy M. Akin, Linda A. Akin and Kathleen Strauss, were riding in the rear seat of a car driven by the decedent, Gladys Hill, and have sued her estate for damages resulting from personal injuries...
