We have here a claim for workmen's compensation benefits. The referee found that an accident had occurred but the claimant had sustained no compensable injury and therefore denied compensation. The commission affirmed. The circuit court affirmed and claimant has appealed. The only issue is whether or not the accident, the occurrence of which is not disputed, aggravated a pre-existing respiratory condition...
