Appellant was tried and convicted by a jury for selling narcotics in violation of Title 26 U.S.C.A. §§ 4704(a) and 4705 (a). Review is sought because of the failure of the trial court to sua sponte give a special cautionary instruction concerning the credibility of informers, although the court did give a clear and careful instruction on the jury's function as the sole judges of the credibility of the witnesses to which no objection was...
