Turner Don Lawrence was convicted of the unlawful removal of nontaxpaid distilled spirits in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5601(a) (12) and the unlawful possession of nontaxpaid distilled spirits in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5604(a) (1).
