This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, Judge Gooding presiding, which judgment was entered from issues raised by the complaint, and amended answer and counterclaim and a stipulation filed in evidence as plaintiff's exhibit "A," and testimony submitted.
