In this case, we are required to determine whether the trial judge properly admitted certain evidence under the Uniform Business Records as Evidence Act.1

Plaintiff, appellant here, seeks damages for wrongful death. Plaintiff's decedent was killed in a single car accident at the dead-end of a "T" intersection of two public highways in Pinal County which occurred at about 4 o'clock in the morning of February 6, 1965...
