This is an action brought by the appellant against the appellees, for the purpose of acquiring, pursuant to the power of eminent domain, an easement for an underground natural gas transmission pipeline over and across certain lands of the appellees. After trial before a jury in the Warrick Circuit Court on the sole issue as to the amount of damages sustained by the appellees, a verdict in the sum of $1,925.00...
