Defendant appeals from two judgments, for two plaintiffs, which were rendered on verdicts of the jury in two actions which were consolidated and tried together.
In one case, the plaintiff sued to recover for personal injuries which she sustained when she slipped and fell while entering defendant's restaurant. In the other case, the husband of the plaintiff in the first case sued for expenses he incurred and for loss of the services and society...
