Appellees, defendants below, are owners of property abutting a man-made body of water known as Kiss Lake located in the Coral Park Estates Subdivision of Dade County. Acting collectively, appellees hired codefendant, Anchor Post Products, Inc., to erect a fence across the waterway entrance to the lake in an effort to restrict the use thereof to themselves as abutting owners.
