Defendant, John Willman, was arrested on July 13, 1963, on the charge of assault with the intent to ravish one Mrs. Boyer. Defendant was questioned from July 13, 1963, to July 18, 1963, at the Erie City Jail concerning the murder of Laura Mutch, during which confinement defendant made numerous verbal admissions and one written confession. On July 18, 1963, defendant was taken to the Erie County Jail. On August 31, 1963, defendant was interrogated...
