Matt Eugene Natonski and Donald Eugene Natonski, defendants, have each appealed from a judgment of the district court, following a trial by jury finding each of them guilty of receiving, concealing, bartering, selling and disposing of goods stolen from interstate shipment of freight, in violation of Section 2315, Title 18, United States Code. Donald was placed on probation for two years and Matt, his father, was sentenced to imprisonment...
