Appellee Warren sued Greyhound Lines, Inc. and its bus driver, Wasson, in the Conway County Circuit Court for $10,000 personal injury and property damage growing out of a highway collision in Conway County. Greyhound filed a counter-claim but a jury trial resulted in a judgment for Warren in the amount of $10,000. Greyhound and its driver, Wasson, have appealed.
