The plaintiff, a former customer of the defendant, charges the defendant with price discrimination in favor of the plaintiff's competitors, in violation of section 2(a) of the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13(a).* The matter here to be decided is the defendant's motion for summary judgment.
