The appellants petitioned the circuit court for a writ of certiorari to quash a City of Miami Beach ordinance which established a bulkhead line. This appeal is from a final judgment denying the petition. We do not discuss the points appellants presented upon appeal, because we find that the dismissal of the petition must be sustained upon appellee's cross-assignment of error.
