The defendant was presented in the Superior Court on an information charging him with thirteen counts of arson in violation of § 53-83 of the General Statutes. Following a jury trial, separate verdicts of guilty were returned on ten counts and verdicts of not guilty were returned on three counts. The court accepted the verdicts.
