Plaintiff Parson brought action in common pleas court of Detroit for malicious use of process, alleged to consist of fraud in the procurement of a writ of garnishment. His declaration alleged that he was a judgment debtor of appellant in the municipal court of the city of Wyandotte, and that thereafter he was adjudicated a bankrupt on October 19, 1965, of which notice was given defendant the following day...
