From the undisputed facts in the complaint, we learn that plaintiff, an employee of the county road commission, was injured while a passenger in a road commission truck which collided with defendants' automobile. The workmen's compensation insurer of the road commission was allowed to intervene in this suit under specified restrictive conditions. At the jury trial, plaintiff was rendered a verdict in his favor for only $4,000.
