Writ of certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission. Donald Sandmeyer, a police officer with the city of Bemidji, was fatally wounded while engaged in off-duty target practice with his pistol. His widow, in behalf of herself and her minor children, filed a workmen's compensation claim against the city and its insurer.
