The litigation in this case arose out of an automobile accident in which William K. Gerdom was killed. Suit was brought by decedent's administratrix against the driver of a Chevrolet pickup which collided with the automobile in which decedent was riding as a passenger. On an allegation of gross negligence, suit was also brought against Joseph L. Gerdom, the driver of the automobile in which decedent was a passenger...
