SMITH, Justice.

In these disciplinary proceedings against two lawyers, relator alleged that respondents had violated Canon 38, Canons of Professional Ethics, which reads: "A lawyer should accept no compensation, commissions, rebates or other advantages from others without the knowledge and consent of his client after full disclosure." Evidentiary hearings were followed by findings of fact and conclusions of law against respondents on all counts of the complaints....
