Petitioner alleged he was the owner and holder for valuable consideration of four promissory notes made and subscribed by Mauroner-Craddock, Inc. to the order of Royal American Life Insurance Company for a total of $19,568.00, together with interest and attorney's fees; that said notes were secured by one certain construction...
