This is an appeal from a judgment setting aside a divorce decree granted to Beulah Buford on her cross petition to the petition for divorce filed by her husband, Theodore Ray Buford. After the divorce decree was rendered Theodore filed the instant motion to quash the decree, set it aside, and to reinstate his petition for divorce.
