Donald Palmer, Inc., plaintiff, filed this suit against the New Orleans Macaroni Manufacturing, Inc., defendant, to recover $886.21, the unpaid remainder on an open account, due for printing cellophane bags. After trial the First City Court of New Orleans rendered judgment on February 28, 1967, in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for $736.21, with interest, and ordered the plaintiff to print the "Enriched" clause on the bags still in defendant...
