BUTZNER, Circuit Judge:

Ephriam McGlone and Foster L. Dodson assail their convictions for theft from foreign shipment1 upon the ground that essential evidence was obtained through unlawful search and seizure by a customs official. Finding no violation of their Fourth Amendment rights, we affirm the judgment of the district court.2
