Laurentide Leasing Company, plaintiff, brought an action to recover sales tax of $1,653.85 against defendants Daniel R. Schomisch and Richard V. Miller, purchasers of laundry equipment, and the First National Bank of Iron Mountain, Michigan, who transmitted the purchase money for the purchasers to plaintiff upon receipt of bill of sale.
