This suit was brought in the District Court of Lubbock County by Juanita Dunn seeking a divorce from her husband, Foster C. Dunn, on January 19, 1967. The defendant, Foster C. Dunn, filed a cross-action for divorce, and the case was set for a hearing on May 24, 1967.
